What we hold

Union Arena tournament records: who entered an event, how they finished, and what they played. Most comes from Bandai's TCG+ platform, the rest from members submitting results by hand. For each entrant we store the TCG+ account name and Bandai membership number that TCG+ published, plus their record. We keep it after Bandai stops showing it, about a year after an event.

The account name is a Bandai display name, not a real name. We hold no addresses or birthdates.

A screenshot sent with a member number claim is kept until the claim is decided, then deleted.

If you sign in

Sign-in is Discord only. We receive your Discord id, username, email address and avatar, and store a session.

The standings helper

The standings helper is an optional browser extension. It reads your Bandai TCG+ login in your own browser and sends us event standings and your match history. Your TCG+ login never reaches our server. It holds one token this site issues when you pair a device.

Our use and transfer of the data the helper handles complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Everything else

Reports and their contents are stored in our database, including an optional Discord username when one is provided. When a report webhook is configured, we try to notify a private Discord channel after each report is stored. Report IP addresses are used in memory for rate limiting and never stored. No analytics, trackers or ads. Cookies keep you signed in and remember whether you view national results or your saved scope. Discord, Fly.io and Cloudflare process data on our behalf. Nothing is sold.
