How the site works and what the policies are. This page is the policy document — there is no fine print anywhere else.
How do results get on the site?
Anyone can submit results — no account needed. You enter the event details and final standings (typed in, or read from a screenshot of the standings screen) and the tournament goes live immediately. Events from the Bandai TCG+ public calendar are also synced in automatically, so official events often already exist as entries waiting for their results.
Something is wrong — how do I get it fixed?
Every tournament, player, and deck page has a “Report an issue” button. Pick what kind of problem it is (wrong record, duplicate tournament, wrong deck, privacy request, or something else), describe it, and send it — the report goes straight to the site admin with a link to the page you were on. When a record is corrected, ratings are recomputed from scratch, so the fix propagates to everyone affected.
How do ratings work?
Elo, with everything published. Everyone starts at 1500. When match-by-match results are submitted they drive the rating directly; otherwise outcomes are inferred from final standings. New players use a higher K-factor so their rating settles quickly, and longer events move ratings more than 3-round locals. What does “Pending” mean next to a rating?
The player has fewer than 7 recorded events. Their rating is being computed the whole time, but it moves fast during those first events (higher K-factor) and isn't stable enough to rank yet, so the leaderboard shows “Pending” instead of a number until the 7-event mark.
I don't want my name on the site.
Names come from public tournament standings — the same finishes anyone can see on the event platform. If you'd like your record removed, open “Report an issue” on your player page and pick “Name / privacy request”; removal requests are handled manually.
Where does the data come from?
Three sources. Tournament results come from community submissions. Event listings come from the public Bandai TCG+ calendar, synced automatically. Card data (names, images, text) comes from Bandai's official Union Arena card list, synced weekly — so the card database and decklist validation stay current with new sets.
